the July Monthly Dance was such a hit that we decided to make the August Monthly Dance FREE as well. Come join us for a night of dancing.

Join us on the 3rd Saturday of every month for a FREE beginner swing dance lesson and then stay for some fun social dancing with fantastic music spun by DJs from Columbus and around the region. SwingColumbus' monthly dance has been going strong for over 7 years in Columbus. It's a friendly and welcoming environment for all ages and a great opportunity to practice, play, and meet new people.

A few times each year we put on mini-workshops in the afternoon before the dance. You can pick up some new moves and then try them out on the dance floor that night! We typically try to provide a different kind lessons at these workshops compared to our weekly lesson series. Whether it a tradional swing line dance or adding a little gush into your lindy, we promise these workshops are not to missed. Keep an eye on our main Event Page for workshops.

Water and sports drinks are available but you are welcome to bring your own water bottle and refill at the drinking fountain. We'll see you there!
